Agreement to Terms

By accessing StackCAD, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Description of Service

StackCAD provides rack visualization, power and thermal analysis, device management, collaboration, exports, and cloud storage.

User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, maintain it, protect credentials, accept responsibility for account activity, and report unauthorized use. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.

Acceptable Use

Do not violate laws or intellectual property rights, upload harmful code, seek unauthorized access, disrupt the service, harm users, gather competitive intelligence, or create false or misleading content.

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually and automatically renew until canceled. Purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused time and plan downgrades. Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period, after which the account returns to the free tier. Future price changes are communicated in advance.

Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their rack designs and grant StackCAD the limited rights needed to host and process that content.

Privacy and Data Protection

Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

Availability is not guaranteed without interruption. Maintenance, technical issues, third-party disruptions, and force majeure may affect access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackCAD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Disclaimers

StackCAD is provided as is and as available without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.

Indemnification

Users agree to defend and hold StackCAD harmless from claims arising from their use of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

Applicable law governs these terms, and disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or a court with jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Changes take effect when posted. Material changes may be communicated by email, in-app announcements, or website notices.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement. Access ends on termination, users may export data during the available grace period, and surviving provisions remain effective.
